I'm currently in the middle of trying to get a certificate for the third time. The last time it took me three weeks, but I figured it was due to the holidays. This time around, Sectigo is asking for info they already have and for documents that don’t even exist. The files I upload just disappear into thin air, and they keep asking for the same stuff, which makes me really uneasy about how they handle documents and their security. The promised 24-hour response time? Yeah, that’s just a joke; a week or two is more like it. Honestly, they seem like a bunch of clueless folks who would be the first to panic if things went south.
